Single session
For one specific question
A second opinion, an upcoming pitch or a decision that has to be made soon.
- 60 minutes via video
- Preparation with your data
- Written recap
€350net, one-off
You decide, I think it through with you. In our sparring sessions we sort out your questions on SEO and AI visibility, review plans and proposals honestly and set priorities you can defend internally.

SEO and especially GEO currently attract more opinions than evidence. Tools produce hundreds of warnings, agencies send proposals, and every week brings a new trend. What really matters for you often remains unclear.
In sparring we look at your situation together: your data, your goals, your resources. I tell you what I would do in your place and what you can skip. The decision stays with you, but you make it with a clear picture.
You have more ideas than capacity. We sort them by impact and effort and decide what comes now.
An audit, a roadmap or an agency proposal is on the table. I review it confidentially and independently.
What AI visibility means for your business, what can be measured and which promises you can ignore.
We build the arguments for management, budget and departments, with numbers instead of gut feeling.
Relaunch, new markets, rebrand or a change of agency: we go through the risks before they get expensive.
You own SEO in-house and miss someone at eye level to talk through ideas and doubts.
Every format has a clear scope and a fixed end. No subscription needed.

Sparring is personal. That is why you should know who is sitting across from you.
I have been working in digital marketing since 2008 and for most of that time I made the decisions myself: as managing director digital at EAT SMARTER, as founder of PRYNTAD and most recently as VP Global Marketing and CMO at TrustYou. I know what it means to own a budget, explain a forecast to a board or push back on an agency.
At the same time I work hands-on in SEO and GEO, for brands such as Engel & Völkers, Savencia and PropertyPilot and as a white-label partner for agencies. My assessments come from current practice, not from slides.
I tell you what I really think. Including that a measure will not pay off or a plan is too big.
Before we meet I look at your visibility, your Search Console and AI answers on your topics.
I only recommend what pays off for you. Good ideas that are too expensive, I call that too.
I do not sell tools and take no commission from agencies. What we discuss stays between us.
30 minutes, free of charge. You describe your question, I tell you whether and how I can help.

Result: Next steps
Sparring is strategic consulting in conversation. You bring your questions, plans and data, I bring experience and an independent outside view. Together we put things in context, set priorities and prepare decisions. The operational work stays with you, your team or your agency.
For managing directors and marketing leads who have to decide on SEO and AI visibility, for in-house SEOs without a sparring partner in the company and for agencies looking for a second opinion on a client project.
No. AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews draw on content that is easy to find, understandable and trustworthy. That is largely solid SEO. GEO adds the question of how your brand appears and is described in AI answers.
An audit is a comprehensive analysis with documented findings and a roadmap. In sparring we work on your specific questions and decisions, often based on existing analyses. The two combine well, for example an audit at the start and sparring during implementation.
Send me your question in a few sentences beforehand and, if available, access to Search Console, current reports or the proposal in question. The more specific the question, the more specific the answer.
A 60-minute single session costs €350 net, including preparation and a written summary. The sparring hours package of 6 hours within 3 months costs €1,999 net, around €333 per hour. For support on a larger project the price depends on the effort, which we estimate together in the free first call.
You get 6 hours to use freely within 3 months. Whether we talk on a video call or I answer in writing is up to you, depending on the question. Calls count with their duration, written feedback by message or email is billed in 15-minute increments. After each use you know how much time is left.
No. Every format has a fixed end. If you want to continue afterwards, we agree on it again.
With a full SEO & GEO audit, I review how visible your website is and derive a clear strategy from it.
I measure how your brand appears in AI answers, identify the causes and derive your GEO strategy.
I bring your team up to speed in workshops, act as a sparring partner for decisions or take on responsibility for a while.
I will look at your situation and give you concrete first assessments: where the real levers are and what matters next.
